Based upon total
awareness of government initiatives, particularly
with regard to ‘Building Schools for the Future’,
Interactive Education provides a total service from
initial consultation right through to managing the
installation.
The Classroom of the Future service includes
the following:
The initial
consultation will be with someone with broad
experience in school management and in particular
developing classrooms with BSF as the backdrop.
The conversation will focus upon the core
learning requirements with clear consideration
of teaching style's. Existing technologies
such as interactive whiteboards and projectors
will be taken in to account along with exciting
developments in personalised learning. The
uniqueness of being able to get ‘two
classrooms’ for the price of one is
usually an exciting and positively stimulating
discussion.
There will be a detailed survey
of the room(s) including measurement. This
will lead to the production of one or more
suggested layouts. On many occasions there
is a second meeting face to face or via email,
phone or SKYPE when these layouts are refined.
Issues to do with health and safety and risk
assessment are dealt with all through these
discussions.
When an order is placed
a clear delivery and install date is set as
well as a full health and safety check of
the room(s) with particular regard to access
and affect on the school. A clear checking
of the size compatibility of the IT equipment
to be used will also be made.
Throughout the process
there will be one person acting as the point
of contact in addition to our Installation
Manager. This has proved extremely valuable
especially when schools have been dealing
with 3rd parties such as builders.
At the time of installation
one of the above will be involved at various
times to monitor progress and to see the installation
signed/confirmed as satisfactory. Oh, nearly
forgot, we give you the keys to the desks
and secure cages that help you protect your
valuable equipment !
